NIGERIA TO KICKSTART WOMEN’S PREMIER LEAGUE AMIDST CORONA OUTBREAK

The Nigeria Women’s Premier League Committee has announced the start of their league amidst the corona outbreak.

The league is said to kickstart tomorrow, March 18,2020.

Sixteen teams grouped into two zones will be playing eight matches in the round.

These are the sixteen teams involved with their groupings;

Group A

Pelican Stars FC , Nasarawa Amazons FC, Sunshine Queens FC , Confluence Queens FC , Bayelsa Queens FC , Dream Stars FC , Abia Angels FC , Edo Queens FC

Group B

Rivers Angels FC , Robo Queens , Ibom Angels FC , Heartland FC , Osun Babes FC , Adamawa Queens FC , Royal Queens , Delta Queens
