Coach Baba Nuhu names 30 players to camp ahead of U17 final Women’s World Cup qualifier

Coach Baba Nuhu, Head coach of the Black Maidens, has made an official call -up for thirty players to commence camping ahead of the final FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup qualifier against Nigeria.

In March, the Black Maidens thrashed Lonestars of Liberia on a 10-0 aggregate in a home and away clash prior to the pandemic break.

The first leg of the game will be played on home soil thus October 30,2020 whiles the second leg will take place in Nigeria between November 20 – 22, 2020.

This will be the first time India will be hosting the U17 Women’s World Cup after hosting the Men’s U17 World Cup which was clinched by England, making a total of two FIFA tournament hosting by the country.

The seventh edition of the U17 Women’s World Cup will have sixteen teams with the host country inclusive, grouped into fours with four teams each.

The Black Maidens will assemble at the Cape Coast Stadium tomorrow, August 14,2020 to get ahead with preparations. Below is the full list;
